Each session includes breath-work, gentle movement, and guided relaxation, tailored to your energy level and specific needs.

  • Gentle stretching and strengthening

  • Each session lasts 60 minutes

  • All props can be provided, or I can work with what you have

  • Optional focus areas: stress relief, flexibility, breath-work, grounding practices

  • Single session: $75

  • Package of 4 sessions: $240 (recommended for postpartum recovery or beginner progress)
