Labor & Birth Doula Care

Practical, consistent support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum.

🌻 Prenatal Support

  • Four in-home or virtual visits (60–90 minutes each)

  • Review birth preferences and create a birth plan

  • Practice prenatal exercises for comfort and positioning

  • Provide childbirth education as needed

🌻 Labor & Birth Support

  • Continuous presence during active labor, birth, and 1–2 hours postpartum

  • Physical comfort measures (massage, movement, positioning, breathing techniques)

  • Support for partners or other support people

  • Assistance with communication between you and your birth team

  • For planned or advised inductions, support begins once active labor is established

🌻 Postpartum Support

  • One in-home visit (90–120 minutes) within two weeks after delivery

  • Lactation and feeding guidance (breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or both)

  • Newborn care guidance

  • Space to review and discuss the birth

🌻 Ongoing Communication

  • Phone and email support during business hours between visits

  • Available from the time your contract is signed and retainer is paid

Investment: $2,200

Lactation Education & Support
Feeding your baby is a tender and important part of the transition into parenthood. You may choose to add lactation education to your labor/birth package for evidence-based, compassionate guidance in breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding.
